BAIC&C: Pricing Terms & Adjustments

1. Mobilization: All project remediation requires a 50% Mobilization Fee upfront, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of final certification.

2. Overage & Prorated Rates: Volumes exceeding the 50 standard unit capacity for any option are billed as follows:

• Gold Service: $199.90 per standard unit
• Gold+ Service: $60.00 per standard unit
• Platinum Service: $179.90 per standard unit
• Platinum+ Service: $229.90 per standard unit

Note: Major overages (16+ standard units) triggers a secondary capacity set at standard base rates to maintain technical integrity.

3. "True-Up" Provision & Commencement: All Managed Monthly Plans begin with a mandatory "True-Up" period to align the technical archive with the 1st of the following month’s billing cycle. To maintain the integrity of the Sovereign Protocol, stabilization throughput is scheduled at a rate of 2 standard units per day. This is billed at a Daily Capacity Rate based on a standard 30-day month:

• Platinum Service True-Up: $299.84 per day
• Platinum+ Service True-Up: $383.17 per day

4. The 60-Day Regulatory Window: All technical quotes and remediation project timelines are valid for a period of 60 days from the date of issuance. Furthermore, to maintain the integrity of the Sovereign Protocol, all remediated assets are certified based on the current digital landscape; failure to initiate one of the Monthly Maintenance Plans within 60 days of the initial remediation service will result in the assets being classified as Non-Compliant. This requires a new Baseline Audit refresh to account for changes in the digital environment and updated regulatory requirements.

5. The "Administrative Window" Provision: To ensure technical integrity, the first five (5) calendar days of each month are designated as the Administrative Ingestion & Audit Window. Clients may upload assets to the secure environment at any time during this period. Technical remediation, including "True-Ups," officially commences on the 6th day of the month. Total monthly capacity is processed at a rate of 2 standard units per day to maintain full Archival Alignment and Matterhorn Protocol compliance.

6. Standard Units Definition: To ensure predictability and fairness across mixed-size file submissions, all services are allocated by Standard Units rather than raw file counts. A base project or monthly package provides an allotment of 50 Standard Units. A single PDF file containing between 1 and 150 pages consumes exactly one (1) unit from your pool. Larger files consume units proportionally based on total page volume to account for the extensive manual tag tree engineering and screen-reader testing required:

• 1 – 150 Pages: Consumes 1 Standard Unit ($200.00 Gold value equivalent)
• 151 – 300 Pages: Consumes 2 Standard Units ($400.00 Gold value equivalent)
• 301 – 450 Pages: Consumes 3 Standard Units ($600.00 Gold value equivalent)
• 451 – 600 Pages: Consumes 4 Standard Units ($800.00 Gold value equivalent)
• 601 – 750 Pages: Consumes 5 Standard Units ($1,000.00 Gold value equivalent)
• 751 – 900 Pages: Consumes 6 Standard Units ($1,200.00 Gold value equivalent)
• 901 – 1,050 Pages: Consumes 7 Standard Units ($1,400.00 Gold value equivalent)
• 1,051 – 1,200 Pages: Consumes 8 Standard Units ($1,600.00 Gold value equivalent)
• 1,201 – 1,350 Pages: Consumes 9 Standard Units ($1,800.00 Gold value equivalent)
• 1,351 – 1,500 Pages: Consumes 10 Standard Units ($2,000.00 Gold value equivalent)

Individual files exceeding 1,500 pages cannot be drawn from the standard package pool and require custom engineering evaluation. Note: This unit consumption framework applies uniformly across all maintenance tiers; submissions under Platinum and Platinum+ packages draw down from their respective monthly unit balances using these exact same page volume rules.
