Our Commitment

Brousseau AI Compliance & Consulting (BAIC&C) is committed to ensuring digital equity for people with disabilities. We don't just provide a service; we apply the same rigorous WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 Level AA and PDF/UA-1 standards to our own platform that we provide to our institutional and corporate clients.

Conformance Status

We operate in verified technical conformance with WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 Level AA standards. Our accessibility status is formally documented through our current Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) and VPAT® statements, based on the VPAT® 2.5 (Revised Section 508 and WCAG editions).

BAIC&C is a registered entity with a Unique Entity ID (UEI), maintaining the administrative transparency required for federal, municipal, and large-scale corporate contracting.

Technical Methodology

Our digital assets undergo continuous manual and automated validation to ensure sovereignty and accessibility, including:

• Structural Validation: Manual PDF remediation following the Matterhorn Protocol.
• Standards Verification: Utilizing PAC 2026 and veraPDF for machine-level ISO 14289-1 validation.
• Navigational Audits: Manual screen reader testing to ensure semantic clarity for all users.
